Roofvogels in de Nederlandse wetlands : energie verbruik van mannelijke en vrouwelijke nestjongen bij de Bruine Kiekendief (Circus Aeruginosus)
The aim of this study is to estimate the costs of rearing free living male and female Marsh Harrier mestlings that have to compete for a limited amount of food. And to study how and if these costs reflect the secondary sex ratio. This study was conducted in the Lauwersmeer area in the summer of 1993.
