Chloride removal of reinforced concrete prisms : results after one year outdoor exposure tests
Chloride removal experiments have been carried out on on three types of concrete which contained chloride due to submersion in the North Sea for 16 years. In the previous phase of the project, the effect of treatment parameters on the removal of chloride were investigated. Subsequently, treated and control specimens were exposed outdoors for one year. In the prsent report, the effect of the treatment is described in terms of redistribution of chloride and corrosion of rebars during one year.
