Contractors organisation and costs of Egyptian tile drainage projects

Describes the organisation in many aspects of four contracting companies. The organisation of three public (governmental) contractors and one private contractor have been investigated, with the purpose to know how far their approach is the same or where it differs. A general view on the complete total costs for all the projects in the year 1983 and the calculated costs for the installation of tile field drains per feddan is also given. Attention has been paid to some (future) training aspects.
