Response to hazardous material spillages in the marine environment
Chemicals are classified into the following five groups: evaporators; floaters; dissolved/dispersers; sinkers and packaged goods. This report discusses the response methods for each main group. A list is presented of the response methods and the behaviour-groups for which they can be used.
