Some observations w.r.t. project DIEPER

In this report the results of a straight-forward FRANOM transferfunction experiment between the water!evels in Light Platform Goeree and Hoek of Holland are presented. From these results we conclude that the first choice of the different program parameters are certainly not optimal.
