Comparing LMS results 1986-1996 : final version

This report describes a case study in which the results of a scenario evaluation using the Dutch National Model (Landelijk Model Systeem LMS) are confronted with actual outturn demand. Errors from various sources are identified and first order correction procedures have been applied on the scenario evaluation results to obtain more valid comparisons with a view to recommending a research strategy leading to potential improvements.
