Road traffic environment countermeasures
In this paper the position of transport infrastructure in the Second Dutch Transport Structure Plan (TSP-2) [= Tweede Structuurschema Verkeer en Vervoer SVV II] is described. It also contains a description of physical planning to limit the growth of car use, as stated in the Fourth Report on Physical Planning-Extra [= Vierde Nota Ruimtelijke Ordening Extra VINEX].
