Evaluation of the Tristar system
As part of the Vitram (Video In TRAffic Management) project, the Tristar system, which can be used for automatic incident detection, is evaluated. After a general description of the Tristar system, the experiments that have been carried out to estimate the incident detection performance of the Tristar system are described, and the results are presented. Then, other aspects of the evaluation are discussed: flexibility, processing capability, robustness, user friendliness.
