Geochronology of priority pollutants in sedimentation zones of the Volga Delta, in comparison with the Rhine and Danube Delta

In cooperation with research employees from Moscow State University, the Agricultural University and the Astrakhan Man and Biosphere State Reserve, Rijkswaterstaat RIZA investigated in 1993-1994 contaminant levels in the sediments of the sedimentation zones of the Volga river. The task was to evaluate changes in contaminant levels in the sediments of the sedimentation zones of the Volga delta during the last five decades.
