The North Sea marine climate in relation to global climate change : a preliminary survey
The marine climate of the North Sea concerns the mean and variability of the circulation on basin-wide scale and the concomitant distribution of water mass characteristics such as salinity and temperature. In this report the results are presented of an assessment of the possible sensitivity of the North Sea's marine climate to changes in the global climate.
