Consultation Document HSL

The purpose of this document, distributed to an international and domestic busines audience, is to consult on opportunities for partnership between the public and private sectors in the creation of a high-speed rail business in The Netherlands. The part 'consultation on the transport System' addresses different functions involved in the operation of HSL and the way they are structurally related. Yhese functions are: transport operations, track infrastructure provinsion and management, station management and development and ancillary activities. The next part concern consultation on stations and related development at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and in individual cities to be serviced by HSL.
