Policy dialogue on telecommunications development : report of a seminar with the central an eastern european countries

Report of a seminar with central and eastern european countries held in The Hague, 22-24 april 1991 at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The objective of the seminar was to bring together telecommunications policy-makers, operators and experts from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe with their counterparts in OECD countries with the purpose of establishing a dialogue on paths towards network modernisation and service liberalisation. The seminar was hosted and organised by the Posts and Telecoms Department (HDTP) of the Netherlands Ministry of Transport and Public Works in co-operation with the OECD's Information, Computer, Communications Policy Committee (CICCP)
